I am sure you would be recollecting all the wonderful moments in 2021 which made you a better person. A new year is about to begin. The January month of a new year is a key period to sustain the changes made with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

Character is like the foundation which is invisible to the world. It denotes who we are and what we do when nobody is watching.
Competence is the building which is built upon the foundation. It refers to what we have and what we do when everybody is watching.
Review your experiences in 2021 where you felt that Character and Competence complemented each other. As they say in cricket, take a fresh stance and resume your magnificent innings in 2022.
